Shipbuilding and repairs. Three Slipways, one building slipway, and two Dry Docks. Situated on the river Stor, a tributary of the river Elbe, Germany.

One of the most prolific builders of low air draught vessels beginning in 1979 with the Sea Elbe, launched as Christa Schutt. and in time charter with Seacon, London.

The majority were all 82.50m loa with a beam of 11.20m. They were able to work into The Saimaa Lakes to bring out the forest products. There were a few that had a smaller LOA and the Arklow "V" class with an LOA of 88.20m and beam of 13.60m.
